By sending in your request, you understand we are not professionals and are doing this out of goodwill and a $50 fee will be used to offset a fraction of our transport fee (time and effort aside), also to encourage commitment once we are in contact. We will also only contact families we found are eligible hence we seek your understanding if you do not hear back from us.

Each session will take up to 30 mins depending on your pets’ energy level, and we aim to have up to 10 digital images sent to you in 4 weeks' time. Do note the images may be lightly edited (e.g., for colour or lighting) at our team’s discretion.

While we aim to have your precious memories and moments captured successfully, your pet(s) condition is our priority. We will proceed to stop the session at any time if we deem your pet(s) unfit to continue.

At any point if our safety is at risk for any reason; such as aggression issues from your pet(s), we will also proceed to stop the session.

You agree that all image copyrights belong to Paws In Time SG. We reserve the rights to use the images and your story at our discretion.

While the images will be sent to you, they are only to be used for your personal use and not for any commercial or similar use.

The images will come with a watermark to credit Paws In Time SG. While we will not charge for the photoshoot, you may opt to have the watermarks removed for a token sum of $15 per image. This support would go to the photographer to help defray his/her transport costs, time and effort.

This is not a “first come first serve” service. We will be prioritising pets who need the EOL shoot most urgently, and may not be contacting those who do not meet requirements.

Any preferred location that may have held some special meaning for you and your pet(s)? *you may get a slot earlier if there’s no preference on location, subject to urgency cases **outdoor shoot depends on weather, we will have to reschedule should the weather be unsuitable for the session

While it is not a must, it would be great if Paws In Time SG could be tagged/ credited/ mentioned if you were to post the images on social medias to help us gain exposure so that other pet owners may also benefit from this experience, as well as it will make the photographer’s day!
